Shipping and Handling Policy
We process orders daily from Monday to Friday and your order is usually shipped within 24 hours after confirmation of payment, with the exception of any holidays.
Shipping confirmation emails are sent as soon as your order has been shipped. This will include a tracking number.
If you have not received an email confirmation within 2 working days, please first check your junk mail folder. If you cannot find it, please contact us.
You may cancel your order after it has been placed but before it has been processed, by sending an urgent email to our order processing department at the following email address: email@example.com
Order cancellations can ONLY be accepted if they are received by the order processing department before the order has been processed. Order processing usually occurs on the same day that the order was placed.
Delivery time vary by destination but are in general between 7-15 business days, the exact time depends on your country of living.
Due to the current Covid-19 interruptions in global supply chains tracking might only be online after 6-7 days and delivery times are uncertain, they might exceed 30 days. Customs and postal operations are also working under operational constraints due to greatly reduced manpower and transportation. If you do not receive your order in maximum 40 working days, or if your product is detained by the customs authorities in your country please contact our customer service department to arrange a replacement or refund.
