Shipping and Handling Policy
We process orders daily from Monday to Friday and your order is usually shipped within 24 hours after confirmation of payment, with the exception of any holidays.
Shipping confirmation emails are sent as soon as your order has been shipped. This will include a tracking number.
If you have not received an email confirmation within 2 working days, please first check your junk mail folder. If you cannot find it, please contact us.
You may cancel your order after it has been placed but before it has been processed, by sending an urgent email to our order processing department at the following email address: email@example.com
Order cancellations can ONLY be accepted if they are received by the order processing department before the order has been processed. Order processing usually occurs on the same day that the order was placed.
Orders are typically delivered within 7 - 15 working days of placing the order. In December, orders may be delayed some more due to increased postal service burdens.
If you do not receive your order within 15 working days, or if your product is detained by the customs authorities in your country please contact our customer service department to arrange a replacement or refund.
