Do I need to provide you with a doctor’s prescription (Rx) to order?

No, you do not need to provide us with a prescription to order our products. However, by ordering from our website, you confirm that you are receiving medical guidance regarding the use of these products. Is it legal to buy these products without a prescription?

Most countries only require a prescription for national sales - not for exported items. Shipping is FREE on ALL orders over $100! Shipping for orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $15-$20 per order - depending on shipping destination. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Where do you ship from?

Most countries permit the importation of medicines/supplements not exceeding three months use. Can I return unused products?

In order to protect the safety and wellbeing of patients, government regulations prohibit the returning of any pharmaceutical product. These regulations apply in all countries worldwide. If your order is covered by the terms of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee​ , we will refund your payment and you will not need to return the product to us.


Can I cancel my order?
