Do I need to provide you with a doctor’s prescription (Rx) to order?

No, you do not need to provide us with a prescription to order our products. However, by ordering from our website, you confirm that you are receiving medical guidance regarding the use of these products. We are not able to advise on the usage of these products, dosages or frequency of administration as that must be done by your healthcare practitioner.

Is it legal to buy these products without a prescription?

Most countries only require a prescription for national sales - not for exported items. For example, US pharmacies can ship medications to foreign clients without a prescription, whereas they require one for US patients. Since we are shipping our products to you from a different country, we do not require a prescription from you in order to ship your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE on ALL orders over $100! Shipping for orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $15-$20 per order - depending on shipping destination. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. However, with the ongoing health crisis in the world due to the Covid-19 / Corona virus, there are significantly less airplanes flying back and forth, hence it has been taking a lot longer for mail cargo to depart. We cannot 'hold' parcels at the warehouse hence we take utmost care to make sure your parcels leave our facility as per our shipping time lines.
